\nTo be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: build your career on our Standalone Transformation ).\n
\n
\nIn your new position, you define and implement the global real estate strategy of a leading agricultural solutions company with sales of nearly €10bn doing business in almost all countries worldwide, aligned with business and financial objectives.\n
\n
\nYou lead portfolio planning and optimization, identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities, establish governance, policies, and performance management across all real estate activities and in your role you own the real estate budget, planning, and reporting.\n
\n
\nMoreover, you oversee global transactions (leases, acquisitions, disposals) and capital projects while providing senior advisory and building as well as leading a lean global team scaling capabilities over time (transactions, data, asset management).\n
\n
\nYou manage external service providers, drive the transition to an independent operating model and enhance digitalization as well as data transparency in real estate management.\n
\n
\nLast but not least, you act as a trusted partner to the CFO and senior leadership team supporting strategic initiatives (e.g.\n
\n
\nM&A, transformation).\n
\n
\nWHAT YOU OFFER successfully completed degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field 10 years of experience in corporate real estate, transactions, or portfolio management, add-on: experience in agriculture / rural areas proven leadership experience in a global or multinational environment as well as strong expertise in real estate strategy, transactions, and financial analysis experience with outsourcing models and service provider management; exposure to transformation or IPO environments is a plus proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills WHAT WE OFFER A dynamic work environment that empowers you to contribute your ideas, take ownership, and assume responsibility.\n
