We really get to know each other : We will have a second meeting in which I want to understand what drives you and where you want to be in the future. You can ask me anything you want - nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable. You meet my Co-Founders - we value strong fit and alignment within our team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check. You get an offer - and hopefully sign it Take full responsibility for Klars already established strategic partnerships with Shopify and TikTok Build out strategic partnership with platforms like Meta Google Pinterest & Snapchat that are still in their early stages. Map partner organizations in detail : who owns what how teams are structured what each group is measured on and where Klar can move their needle. Train and enable sellers CSMs partner managers and support teams across multiple orgs with different incentives and KPIs. Tailor Klars narrative to each groups priorities performance teams partner teams vertical specialists growth teams SMB vs. enterprise etc. Build a referral engine rooted in partner incentives : understand how their teams get credit how they originate deals and how Klar can help them hit their numbers. Create clear collateral and internal programs that make recommending Klar low-friction and aligned to their KPIs. Own and expand the TikTok Measurement Partnership and identify similar programmatic opportunities inside other platforms. Build relationships across parallel teams product partnerships measurement commerce solutions performance industry verticals and connect Klar to the right workflows for each. You are among the best at what you do - we are looking for extraordinarily talented people that are looking to take their career and knowledge to the next level. You have 3 years experience working in a partnership sales or business development - you have a proven track record of managing strategic partnership and / or managing long complex sales cycles. You are a strong relationship builder - we believe that business is very much driven by personal relationship centred around trust. Especially for partnerships. You are highly organised - when managing many different partner relationships it is important that nothing falls through the cracks. You are a man / woman of you word. If you say you will do something you will do it. You optimize for learning - your main motivation at this point of your career is to learn as much as possible in broaden your tool set. You want to work with people of the same mindset and learn from each other. You are naturally curious you have a wide range of interests that you like to explore and are open to constantly being exposed to something new. Top-of-market compensation - we want to hire the best people out there. Tech partnerships are a massive opportunity that is not yet fully leveraged and has massive upside for use which you will be incentivized to unlock. Massive exposure to the eCom SaaS & Tech - this role bridges quite a few worlds and you need to be comfortable to navigate all of them. Founders to get eCom and give you freedom to be successful - all founders have worked and eCom and we are super interested in your ideas and give the freedom you need to be successful. Multi-disciplinary learning - If we have learnt one thing over the last years : having a good understanding of different disciplines is a massive competitive advantage in your this role you will get exposure to many different functions and work directly with product and engineering to improve our product. Work from (anywhere) - we are building a remote-first company so there is the opportunity to work from anywhere. That being said we have a preference for this role to be based in Munich where our office and founders are located.

Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.
Most of the process for this position will be handled by Max.
If all goes well this process should be done within 2 weeks.
Tasks
About The Position
Due to our dominant position in the eCommerce reporting and attribution market we have established relationships with the large platforms in the eCommerce ecosystem like Shopify & TikTok.
The goal of this role is to take over ownership of these relationships which will mean help these partners accomplish their goals which in turn will generate new customers for Klar.
This will mean the following :
Own and scale Klars tech ecosystem relationships
Build Klars presence inside partner organizations
Drive inbound referrals at scale
Leverage our existing strategic partnerships
