What You'll Do
- Respond to customer queries and complaints via email (no phone calls).
- Moderate and review content on digital marketplaces, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Help protect online users from fraud, scams, and inappropriate content.
- Collaborate with a supportive, multicultural team based in Malta.
What We’re Looking For
- Native German speaker with strong language skills.
- Good command of English (basic to conversational level).
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Malta.
- A detail-oriented mindset with excellent decision-making skills and a proactive attitude.
