Do you have proven leadership experience in logistics or retail (wholesale & individual trade) and speak English AND Polish / Ukrainian or Russian? If so, you’re the one we’re looking for!

The position is located in Schönefeld near Berlin and is full-time.

As a Team Leader Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing personnel management and planning in either inbound (goods receipt) or outbound (goods dispatch) operations.

Your key tasks will include :

Managing and coordinating a team of 30-40 employees to ensure optimal workload distribution
Overseeing and monitoring the onboarding and training of new team members
Collaborating with Customer Service to resolve issues related to reorders and error corrections
Adjusting and monitoring delivery slot availability and capacity
Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and delivery deadlines
Working closely with Shift Leaders and other Team Leaders to support and develop employees

Proven leadership experience in LOGISTICS : order picking, warehousing, goods receipt, goods dispatch, OR RETAIL (wholesale & individual trade)

Fluency in English and Polish OR Ukrainian OR Russian is required to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the team. English is a MUST.

Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week)

Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay organized and resilient under pressure

Experience in working with and analyzing key performance metrics

Proficiency in MS Excel
