YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and maintain quality strategy according to KPIs and global initiatives
  • Drive Quality continuous improvement utilizing appropriate methods & preventive quality tools
  • Assure the development of your team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant certifications (ISO 9001 - 14001) and drive further enhancements as required ( ISO 45001)
  • Maintain efficient Quality Control System to guarantee that products meet specifications and customer requirements
  • Drive Root Cause analysis for internal external deviations (out of spec products, customer and supplier complaints) using appropriate methodologies
  • Drive local Quality performance in alignment with regional Q Team and report periodically results to different stakeholders
  • Implement preventive quality measures and reduce nonconforming materials in alignment with site leadership team.
  • Manage new product implementation and the local change process
  • Direct local quality organization and foster competence development

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, safety, quality management, or related field
  • 5 years practical experience in quality management
  • Experience with problem-solving techniques such as 8D, A3, FRPS etc.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems : minimum ISO 9001-14001, preferred ISO 45001 and / or food packaging GMP
  • Quality management systems Auditor qualification and practical experience
  • Experience leading diverse teams
  • Good IT-skills (SAP, MS 365, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic with creative problem-solving skills, positive attitude and ability to drive work forward
  • Reliability, Flexibility, Initiative and Team spirit are important factors
  • Fluent in German as well as at least intermediate-advanced English language skills
