  • Take ownership of the administration and configuration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People Organisation & Development to support strategic projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and organizational growth.
  • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights from our full product suite to support datadriven decisionmaking for the People team and leadership.

    • Qualifications :

    • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a strong understanding of recruitment workflows and processes.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and CRM tools and the ability to leverage them effectively in project management and reporting.
    • A business background with a keen interest in peoplerelated topics including talent acquisition and organizational development.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
