Brand & Communication Manager (all genders)

Your Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Communications: Support the development and implementation of the brand and communications strategy and translate it into effective communications and campaigns. Ensure a consistent brand presence across relevant channels and touchpoints and coordinate paid brand campaigns, including briefing, implementation and performance monitoring.
• SEO & Organic Visibility: Support and coordinate SEO activities to strengthen ESCP’s organic visibility, with a focus on content optimisation, higher education portals and performance monitoring.
• Social Media: Develop and coordinate our social media activities, channels and content formats, working closely with student support on day-to-day content creation and execution.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: Coordinate and brief agencies, freelancers and student assistants and collaborate closely with relevant internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Several years of relevant experience in brand, communications, integrated marketing communications, or a similar field.
• Experience in implementing brand and communication strategies and coordinating campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Strong conceptual, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of storytelling, visual design and content creation, enabling you to effectively brief, guide and assess creative work.
• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
• Enthusiasm for education and working in a multicultural environment, combined with a results-driven and collaborative approach.
