About the Role

We are seeking an action-oriented, results-driven Operations Manager for North Rhine-Westphalia (m/f/d) to join Vantis. At Vantis, we merge primary healthcare with innovative technology, developing AI-based assistant systems and digital solutions in close collaboration with physicians to simplify clinical workflows and expand access to high-quality care.

In this regional leadership role, you will take direct P&L and operational responsibility for multiple practice sites across NRW. You will lead and develop regional practice managers, optimize multi-site workflows using rigorous KPI tracking, ensure financial sustainability, and successfully integrate new locations into our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Leadership & Development: Oversee multiple practice locations across North Rhine-Westphalia, conducting regular reviews and driving continuous operational improvements.
• Team Coaching & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop regional practice managers, guiding teams successfully through change phases and restructuring initiatives.
• KPI-Driven Performance Optimization: Analyze operational data across all sites, streamline workflows, and implement best practices organization-wide.
• Economic Sustainability: Ensure the financial viability and profitability of each practice while managing regional budgets and profit responsibility.
• Site Integration: Seamlessly integrate newly acquired or launched practices into the Vantis network.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate regulated healthcare contexts, solve on-site challenges, and communicate transparently with diverse medical and administrative stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing multiple locations or teams with direct profit-and-loss (P&L) accountability.
• Operational Expertise: Proven success in KPI-driven performance management, change management, and workflow optimization.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder communication skills, empathy in team leadership, and the ability to resolve complex issues on-site.
• Language Skills: Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift.
• Mindset: A pragmatic hands-on mentality, high willingness to learn, structured problem-solving approach, and clear communication style.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Professional background or operational experience within the healthcare or medical practice sector.

Working Environment & Location Policy

• Location & Travel: Regional role covering North Rhine-Westphalia. Requires regular on-site presence visiting practice locations across the region.
