Job Description
We drive the development and industrialization of advanced electronics manufacturing technologies for automotive and high-performance computing applications. As part of the Technology Center team, you will work closely with engineers and experts around the globe to evaluate, develop, and qualify innovative processes, materials, and packaging technologies, contributing to the next generation of electronic systems.
The tasks include:
• Harmonize worldwide sample build coordination
• Support sample build coordination in Regensburg and Sibiu
• Optimization of Sample Build Documentation and KPI Tracking (e.g., material and BOM check, documentation and quality reports)
• Perform process studies (e.g., underfill, dispensing, SMT performance)
• Support plastic welding equipment industrialization
• Support roll-out of new sample build online tool including KPI definition
• Assessment of Sample Build Insourcing Opportunities across Global Technology Centers
• Support global operations footprint activities
• Support global industrial engineering activities
Qualifications
You are wondering whether you are a good fit for the Internship – Manufacturing Technologies? Here are some key qualifications, we are looking for:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Initial experience with laboratory work, technical testing, data analysis, or engineering projects is considered an advantage
• Very good communication skills in English and German are a must
