Stellenbeschreibung

For our renowned client in the highly regulated and future-proof medical technology sector, we are seeking a structured Spare Parts Management Technician (m/f/d) for their Schweinfurt location. In this position, you will form the organizational backbone of production: through excellent master data and documentation management, you will ensure that series production parts and spare parts are always available and producible to the highest quality standards.

Here's what we offer

  • Attractive salary and long-term job security through affiliation with a large corporation.
  • Up to 30 days of vacation per year
  • Company pension scheme contribution after the end of the probationary period
  • Extensive social benefits, including Christmas and holiday pay
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Usually an open-ended employment contract
  • Good opportunities for acquisition with our business partners
  • Tailored professional development opportunities and free language courses
  • A wide range of employee benefits

Your tasks

  • Ensuring the manufacturability and availability of series and spare parts through the creation, release and maintenance of technical system master data and structures.

  • Independent creation, approval and maintenance of production and spare parts accompanying documents (manufacturing, packaging, assembly and installation instructions for the field service).

  • Installation and systematic maintenance of conversion and retrofit kits, as well as the setup and tracking of delivery blocks.

  • Maintenance of data for complete traceability and product labeling.

  • Practical evaluation of prototypes and samples.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., technical product designer, engineer), further training as a technician, or a subject-related degree.

  • Alternatively: Experienced career changers, for example experienced service technicians, who have a deep understanding of parts lists and technical documentation through the practical installation of spare parts.

  • Initial experience in materials management, master data maintenance (SAP or PTC Windchill) or in writing technical documentation.

  • Solid knowledge in the area of spare parts definition, bills of materials (BOM) and traceability/labeling (experience with NiceLabel is a strong plus).

  • Proficient use of MS Office and a highly structured, precise and quality-conscious way of working (essential in the medical technology environment).

  • Language skills: Very good German in spoken and written form (level C1) for the precise writing of instructions, as well as basic English skills for occasional system terms.
