Your missionYou will be responsible for the budget, forecasts, financial planning, and cash flow, thereby ensuring transparency regarding our financial performanceYou will prepare relevant key metrics, analyses, and decision-making frameworks for the CEO and executive management, and use them to derive specific recommendations for actionYou are responsible for liquidity planning and financing, and you handle negotiations with banks and financing partnersYou will lead and develop our Finance/Accounting team and, together with them, ensure reliable financial accounting as well as monthly and annual financial statementsYou will continue to develop our finance processes, structures, and systems and ensure that they keep pace with our growthYou serve as the CEO's financial sparring partner and provide support on investments, growth decisions, and strategic issuesYour profileSeveral years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or accountingExcellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningExtensive experience in cash flow and liquidity managementExperience working with banks and financing partnersProper Handling of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow StatementExperience leading a finance/accounting teamExperience with ERP/accounting systems; knowledge of DATEV is a plusA bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or controlling, or a comparable qualification #J-18808-Ljbffr
