Junior Project Supply Specialist (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location:

Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage project forecasts and customer material preparation to ensure complete materials are delivered on time upon the issuance of customer POs

• Handle PO fulfillment, including delivery schedules and special requirements; proactively alert and escalate supply exceptions, coordinating relevant teams to resolve issues promptly

• Maintain daily communication with customers to provide necessary information and strengthen collaboration; receive and resolve routine small-scale supply requests to continuously drive customer satisfaction

• Oversee physical goods fulfillment to ensure timely and compliant revenue recognition, supporting the department in meeting its revenue targets

Requirements:

• Recently graduated with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain-related field of study, preferred with project experience

• Experience in logistics, corresponding know-how in freight forwarding or international trade preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid Driver license preferred

Language requirements:

• Fluent in German and English skills (C1 – C2 mandatory)
