Are you an experienced customer support professional with strong German and English communication skills and a good eye for detail?

We're currently looking for a Client Support Executive to join a growing FinTech team based in Garching, Munich Metropolitan Area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, growing team where you can have a real impact on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

What You'll Do

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and resolve client issues
Support and train customers on processes to reduce recurring support requests
Monitor open transactions and follow up on outstanding settlements and payments
Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in Salesforce/CRM
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex cases when required
Support compliance-related queries and ensure processes follow internal and regulatory requirements
Help maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

What We're Looking For

Native-level German and C1 English
At least 1 year of experience in client support, customer service, operations, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
Confident communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a changing and growing environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Banking or FinTech experience is a plus, but not required

What's Offered

Location: Garching, Munich Metropolitan Area
Working model: On-site, with some flexibility for occasional home office
Salary: €45,000–€50,000 gross annually
Bonus: Up to €12,000 annually, linked to commercial team performance
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Vacation: 25 days
