Your Profile
- Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in product management in medical device or preferable in Endoscopy, ideally in regional role with a focus on the EMEA market.
- Market knowledge: Good knowledge of the EMEA region, in particular the different cultural, economic and regulatory environments.
- Analytical skills: Strong skills in market and competitor analysis and in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Proven experience in product management in the endoscopy sector.
- Strong understanding of downstream marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across diverse teams.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German; knowledge of other EMEA languages is an advantage.
- Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record in driving product success.
- Team orientation: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and develop a strong network within the organisation.
- Results-oriented: Highly self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.
- Technical understanding: Basic technical knowledge of the products and technologies in the relevant market segment.
- Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
Your Mission
Lead EMEA product strategy and management for the GI endoscopy portfolio.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and executing EMEA product and portfolio strategy aligned with global objectives
- Identifying growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, competitive intelligence and KOL engagement
- Translating regional market requirements into actionable in for global Product Management and R&D
- Leading product launches, lifecycle management, positioning, messaging and value proposition development
- Developing demand-generation initiatives across digital channels, conferences, training and commercial campaigns
- Supporting pricing strategy, forecasting, budgeting and portfolio performance management
- Building strategic relationships witj KOLs and key stakeholders across EMEA
- Developing sales enablement tools and training commercial teams to accelerate product adoption
- Mentoring and supporting product professionals within the wider team
- Working cross-functionally global Product Management, R&D and commercial teams to connect regional customer needs with global product strategy
