Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will support Brightstar Lottery's strategic research, business intelligence, and analytical initiatives by delivering data-driven insights that influence business performance, growth opportunities, and long-term planning. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will monitor market trends, evaluate business performance, and support decision-making through comprehensive reporting and analysis. This role will be located onsite in Barbados.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate sales performance, market opportunities, and business trends
  • Monitor macroeconomic, industry, market, and competitor developments and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of business forecasts, reports, presentations, and strategic planning materials
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence databases, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, programs, and other business initiatives to support optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external research partners to execute studies and achieve project objectives
  • Support stakeholders across departments with research, reporting, and analytical requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in marketing, research, business analysis, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, spreadsheet management, and presentation development
  • Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and performance measurement concepts
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights effectively

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Exposure to market research methodologies and advanced analytical techniques
  • Knowledge of forecasting, predictive analytics, and performance modeling
  • Experience supporting strategic planning and business development initiatives
  • Background in lottery, gaming, retail, consumer products, or highly regulated industries
  • Understanding of business process improvement and operational optimization practices
