You'll make an impact by

• Collaborate with Project Management Coordinator ensuring quality management governance in projects and adequate staffing
• Define and supervise Key Performance Indicators for the Quality Manager in Customer Projects team and support their success in minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs)
• Facilitate regular best practice and lessons learned sessions within the QMiP community and improve team efficiency through knowledge exchange
• Provide guidance and mentorship to QMiP team, encouraging their professional growth and develop their skills in alignment with industry standard methodologies
• Support QMiP to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement correctice and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure global implementation of SQM for projects processes by supporting supplier qulification and development
• Lead Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) for project suppliers globally, participate in PM leadership circle and reort to Head of Quality Excellence

Your defining qualities

• You have a master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• You have PM certification (like IPMA C or PM@Siemens level C) and many years of experience in project execution.
• You have worked in an international environment, have intercultural skills, and can work well with international partners and teams.
• You have experience in governance function, conducting audits, and you are passionate about quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and proficiency in German and English complete your profile.
