This individual will lead, coach and develop a newly established team of seven field-based Key Account Managers responsible for nationwide customer engagement and execution.A central element of the role will be to integrate the new field team into the client’s existing commercial organization and establish a collaborative, transparent and high-trust operating model across both teams. The National Sales Manager will translate the project vision into clear ways of working, align account execution and manage operational or cultural challenges pragmatically.The role will work closely with the client’s commercial and regional leadership, as well as Medical Affairs, Market Access and other cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure scientific readiness, consistent field execution, high-quality customer engagement and strong governance.This position requires a strong people and change leader with extensive pharmaceutical sales leadership experience, deep knowledge of the German healthcare environment and a proven track record in haematology and/or oncology.
