SAP Transportation Management Solution Architect (f/m/d)

ResponsibilitiesLead the design of scalable, integrated SAP Transportation Management solutions aligned with customers’ business strategies and transformation goals.Translate complex transportation and logistics requirements into robust end-to-end solution architectures.Own key architectural decisions across SAP TM projects, balancing business needs, integration requirements and long-term solution sustainability.Advise senior stakeholders on solution options, architectural trade-offs and opportunities to improve transportation processes.Guide consultants and developers across project workstreams to ensure solution quality and consistency.Support pre-sales activities through solution design, effort estimation, proposal input and customer presentations.QualificationsAt least 9 to 10 years of relevant SAP consulting and solution architecture experience, with a strong focus on SAP Transportation Management.Functional and/or technical proficiency demonstrated through at least four full-cycle SAP implementations.Proven experience leading the solution architecture of complex SAP transformation projects.Strong knowledge of end-to-end transportation and logistics processes, supported by solid cross-module and integration expertise.Excellent solution design, consulting and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior decision-makers.Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, together with willingness to travel according to project requirements.Why Join UsPartnership culture with the opportunity for co-ownership in a 100% employee-owned company.Entrepreneurial environment with room to shape solutions, influence decisions and create meaningful customer impact.Open, trust-based culture with minimal hierarchy and regular feedback.Exposure to complex international SAP transformation programmes across different industries.Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.Competitive remuneration package and opportunities for continuous professional development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
