Everet Marsh is currently partnering with a leading Corporate Finance & M&A advisory platform in Germany on the appointment of a Senior Manager.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transaction professional looking to take on a broader leadership role within a growing advisory platform, combining transaction execution, client relationship management and business development responsibilities.Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates from origination through execution and closingManage financial analysis, valuation workstreams, transaction documentation and due diligence processesAct as a trusted advisor to corporate and private equity clients throughout the transaction lifecycleBuild and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting business development initiativesLead project teams and mentor junior professionalsCoordinate external advisors including legal, tax, commercial and financial due diligence providersContribute to the continued growth and development of the platform6–15 years of experience within M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development or related fieldsStrong track record of executing complex transactionsExcellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilitiesExperience managing clients and leading transaction workstreams independentlyCommercial mindset with an interest in business development and client originationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent German and English requiredCorporate FinanceInvestment BankingTransaction AdvisoryRestructuring & Special SituationsCorporate DevelopmentPrivate Equity or Principal Investing professionals with significant transaction exposureHighly competitive and commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
