The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business expansion, acquisition integration, operational excellence, and digital transformation. This role is open to be located in any of the countries where Orise has an office in the European Union Your Responsibilities
Lead the execution of Orise's global IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap. Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with business priorities. Establish governance, accountability, and performance management across all IT functions. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team.
Infrastructure & Operations
Lead global infrastructure, cloud, network, workplace technology, and service management functions. Drive Azure adoption, network standardization, domain consolidation, and infrastructure modernization. Ensure resilient, secure, and scalable technology services across all regions.
Business Systems & Digital Enablement
Own the enterprise application portfolio and business systems strategy. Drive application modernization, system integration, and technology standardization. Enable data-driven decision making through modern analytics and reporting platforms.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Oversee cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management. Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and corporate security requirements. Lead initiatives that strengthen security posture and operational resilience.
Service Excellence & Shared Services
Establish a high-performing Global IT Shared Services model. Define and manage service levels, operational metrics, and continual improvement programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
