Technical Product Manager – Biomanufacturing Software

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and ship the product experience across our platform — the workflow canvas where users load wet-lab data, train models, and run bioprocess simulations. You'll work closely with the Head of Product, engineering, design, and our in-house bioprocess and modeling experts to turn ambiguous problems into clear, buildable requirements — and with customers to make sure what we build solves their real problem. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role spanning discovery, definition, delivery, and go-to-market.
Key Responsibilities:
Surface and prioritize product requirements by talking directly with users and internal stakeholders, analyzing usage data, and tracking performance indicators against product goals to inform the roadmap.
Own features end-to-end, from concept through delivery, partnering closely with design, engineering, process modeling scientists, and machine learning engineers to bring them to life.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-scoped requirements — writing and refining feature specification tickets that hold up under scrutiny from technical and scientific stakeholders alike.
Support go-to-market activities, including case studies, articles, conference materials, and more, that help translate technical capability into customer and market value.
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of software product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Educational or professional background in bioprocessing, biomanufacturing, or systems biology. This is a technical domain that requires a strong bioprocess foundation to work within.

Experience with cloud environments — AWS, Azure.
