Your tasks

• Change process management: Coordination, administration and prioritization of local and global change requests (including via OneTrack/Trackwise) including the processing of personnel notifications according to AMG.
• Quality representation: Active representation of quality assurance (QA) for change control processes in cross-functional teams as well as during inspections and audits.
• Reporting & Discontinuation: Creation of PQR queries and change control metrics, as well as support of the product discontinuation process.
• Training & Empowerment: Targeted training and onboarding of new users in the change management system.
• Process optimization: Continuous development and optimization of the change management process.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in natural sciences or engineering – alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Solid experience in quality assurance and a deep understanding of cGMP requirements (EU-GMP Guide and 21 CFR).
• Good knowledge of quality management systems such as OneTrack / TrackWise is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills for working in international teams.
• A precise, analytical approach paired with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
