Aufgaben:

Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, training sessions and events Create presentations, communication materials and management updates Support international HR and organizational development projects Take ownership of individual work packages and initiatives Support development programs and learning initiatives Contribute to employee engagement and culture projects Support the follow-up process of the annual employee survey, including analysis coordination, action planning and communication activities Assist in the planning and execution of HR communication initiatives and campaigns

Qualifikation:

Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication or a comparable field Strong interest in People Development and Corporate Culture Experiences with MS-Office Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German Engagement Ability to work in a team Analytical way of thinking and strategic way of working You don't bring everything with you?
