Fluent in German and English, and the person everyone calls when SAP or Salesforce support has to just work? Then let's talk.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our client as a permanent employee. You will own the end-to-end delivery of application support and enhancement services for SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and Salesforce, keep the SLAs green, and be the trusted face for the customer and for the onsite and offshore team.

Contract Type: Permanent employment, full-time

Location: based in Germany, travelling to the client site in Essen 2-3 days a week.

What we need from you

  • Fluent German and English

  • Extensive experience in service delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Operations and SLA Management

  • Stakeholder and Customer Management

  • Team Management (onsite / offshore)

  • Continuous Improvement and Governance

  • Risk, compliance and security

Key Skills Required

  • Technical awareness: High level knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM)

  • Frameworks: ITIL, project management basics

  • Soft skills: negotiation, communication, conflict resolution, and executive reporting

  • Tools: ServiceNow high level working knowledge
