Full-stack Engineer

We're partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded technology company that is building next-generation AI-powered software products used by enterprise customers across complex, data-intensive industries.

They're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus in Go, who enjoys working across the entire engineering stack; from scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure through to modern frontend applications and AI-enabled products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building scalable full-stack applications using Go and React
• Developing backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing pipelines
• Integrating AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and external platforms into production systems
• Building and maintaining containerised workloads running in Kubernetes
• Creating robust CI/CD pipelines and improving deployment automation
• Contributing to architecture decisions, technical design, and engineering standards
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising distributed systems in production
• Collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' commercial experience building software with Go (Golang)
• Experience developing modern web applications across both backend and frontend environments
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications
• Experience working with AWS or other major cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• A pragmatic engineering mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and delivery

Nice To Have

• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
• CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similar
• Experience building AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, or automation platforms
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies
• Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and LLM integrations
