Direct ownership of critical operational, financial, and strategic workflows across the entire company.

• Lead and manage recurring finance and controlling workflows to ensure clear visibility into business performance.
• Build and maintain no-code and low-code process automations using tools like Make and n8n.
• Optimize and run core business tools, including HubSpot CRM and AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code.
• Drive high-impact special strategic projects end-to-end alongside the CEO and Operations Lead.
• Coordinate internal HR, recruiting, and core company administration initiatives.

Who this is a fit for

• Degree holder from a top-tier university with a strong analytical foundation.
• Experienced in high-growth startups, management consulting, venture building, or VC.
• Pragmatic builder comfortable executing complex projects autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Skilled in process automation and CRM management (Make, n8n, HubSpot).
