Stellenbeschreibung

Namaa Partners is looking for a Junior Project Delivery Coordinator to keep the day-to-day machinery of our mandates moving. This is an internship-level role, and it exists because our principals run several engagements at once and need someone who can track what has been asked for, what has come back, and what is still open. You would be the person who knows where each piece of work stands, and you would work from Berlin alongside a team based in Saudi Arabia.
Because the team sits in the Kingdom, some overlap with Saudi Arabia working hours is expected. We are open to hiring in Germany because several of our clients and counterparties operate in European markets, and having someone on the ground here helps with scheduling, correspondence and documents that move between the two.

About the role
You would carry the working record of a mandate from scoping through delivery: the action log, the document versions, the scheduling, and the follow-ups that keep commitments from slipping. The ownership is real from the first week. When a principal asks whether a client has sent the numbers and whether the draft reflects them, you would be the one with the answer.

About Namaa Partners
Namaa Partners is a strategy advisory firm working mostly with organizations in Saudi Arabia and with companies that have significant interests there. We advise family groups and their holding companies, listed corporations, private equity portfolio companies, banks and insurers, government entities, and industrial operators. The work covers corporate strategy, growth and market entry, operating model and efficiency, organization and talent, digital strategy, performance improvement, and governance and risk. Engagements are scoped by the principals who deliver them, and they often continue past the recommendation into board meetings and the testing of management plans.

What you will do

  • Maintain the action log for live mandates: what was agreed, who owns it, when it is due, and what has come back.
  • Prepare and format client-facing documents, including board packs and working drafts, and keep versions clean and traceable.
  • Coordinate scheduling across time zones for client meetings, internal reviews and committee sessions.
  • Draft routine correspondence and follow-ups in German and English with clients and counterparties in Europe.
  • Compile and check the source material that goes into an analysis, so a principal can pick it up and work from it directly.

What we need from you

  • A completed degree or equivalent training, and an interest in strategy, advisory or corporate work.
  • Written German and English at a professional level, with care for accuracy and tone.
  • Comfort with documents and spreadsheets: you can build a clean table, track a list, and spot when two numbers do not agree.
  • Reliability with deadlines across locations, and the habit of flagging a problem early rather than quietly.
  • Discretion with client material, and a working style that suits a small team.

How decisions get made
Principals scope each mandate and decide who works on what, so priorities come from them directly rather than through layers. You would report to the principal running the engagement you support, and questions that affect a client commitment go to them the same day. Your judgment enters through the log and the drafts: if a deadline looks unworkable or a document is not ready, that is worth saying plainly. Escalation is short here, which means the person raising an issue is expected to bring the detail with it.

What success looks like
Within six to twelve months, a good mandate would be one where nothing was missed. The action log would be current, the client would not have to ask twice for a document, and a principal could walk into a board session with material that had already been checked. Over time you would start to anticipate the next step rather than record the last one. Success is quiet: fewer loose ends, shorter meetings, and a record the team trusts.

What the role offers

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Fully remote, working from Berlin, Germany.
  • Close work with principals across corporate strategy, governance, and performance improvement mandates.
  • Regular exposure to client-facing documents, board material and cross-border correspondence.
  • Direct working relationship with a team based in Saudi Arabia, with some overlap in working hours expected.
