Technical Product Owner (m/f/d)

For our client, a leading premium automotive manufacturer in Böblingen, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) . As part of a temporary staffing arrangement , you will be permanently employed by us and will be responsible for the long-term development of central after-sales IT systems – from vehicle diagnostics to documentation. • Strategy & Roadmap: Shaping product vision and strategic topic planning.

• Stakeholder consulting: Technical consulting for specialist departments and interface clarification in the SAFe environment.

• E2E product management: Support of the entire development process from idea to go-live (epics, user stories, backlog prioritization).

• Suppliers & AI: Managing external IT partners and driving AI capabilities in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Quality & Operations: Test management, quality assurance (code quality, FOSS) and KPI monitoring for highly available operations.

• 3rd-Level-Support: Incident analysis and escalation management at an expert level.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies with a strong IT focus (e.g., computer science, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in managing complex IT projects and products, as well as in-depth experience in applying modern agile methods (e.g., SAFe).
• Strong architectural expertise and a sound understanding of modern cloud infrastructures, microservices and API design.
• Great interest and enthusiasm for the use of AI functions (e.g. AI agents, intelligent evaluations and process analyses).
• Confident and professional demeanor in interface and stakeholder management across various departments.
• Above-average abstract reasoning skills, pronounced problem-solving competence, and a strong focus on solutions and customers.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
