Profil

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• System & Rule Maintenance: Independently setting up and managing system rules (e.g., for store openings, campaigns, partners) in Loyalguru, Strapi, and Contentstack.
• Store Onboarding & Roadmap: Onboarding new stores into core tools and continuously updating the operational roadmap.
• Content & Internal Communications: Managing landing pages and intranet content while serving as a key liaison to internal communications.
• Campaign Planning & Documentation: Creating campaign briefs, maintaining overview documents and best practices, and administering lucky draw contests (winner selection and prize distribution).
• Store Operations: Coordinating in-store inquiries, collecting data across OPCOs, and ensuring smooth marketing communication on the ground.

YOUR PROFILE

• Field of Study: Bachelor's or Master’s student in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Operations, or International Business.
• Retail Mindset: Initial experience or strong passion for retail (e.g., previous store/sales assistant experience or student internships in retail).
• Tech Affinity: Comfortable working with content management systems (CMS), promotional tools, and basic databases.
• Language & Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (English required; additional local language depending on OPCO needs), proactive problem-solver, structured and self-organized.
• Your working hours are 20h/week.
