YOUR TEAM

We own the series development of the beltline camera system and interior camera sensors across our brands' vehicle programs. Aligned with brand development processes and maturity milestones , we deliver to final approval . At our interface, Sensors Cameras supplies the raw camera stream to downstream perception in partner OUs. We also define and execute the technology roadmap for next‑generation camera sensors-keeping our brands ahead. As Head , you'll guide the team across delivery, interfaces, and roadmap execution.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for camera hardware, software and system integration to deliver cutting-edge imaging solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Manage the development of exterior and interior camera systems in line with VW group brand-specific vehicle development processes
• Create the imaging solution for our industry-leading ADAS stack
• Work in an agile development team with computer vision experts, test engineers, data scientists and international partners
• Ensure delivery of B-, C-, and D-samples, frozen optical paths and integration-ready drivers
• Oversee software provisioning in System42 and manage release documentation for series production. Including hardware approval for series production (shelf approval and K-release), ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DV / PV results, delivery timelines defect ticket tracking and resolution and system integration quality
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners to meet HW / SW milestones and quality targets
• Create the next generation camera sensor solutions for VW group by monitoring industry trends and implement proof of concepts
