Job Description
Grow strategic accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities.
Build executive trust and co-create value with customers to drive adoption of advanced security solutions.
Conduct strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) tied to business outcomes.
Identify and execute expansion opportunities while negotiating and closing deals to increase share of wallet.
Develop and execute structured account plans, maintaining deep account knowledge and accurate forecasts.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in account management within cybersecurity or IT.
Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, renewal strategies, and customer success principles.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Knowledge of Check Point portfolio and competitive landscape.
Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to grow existing accounts and minimize churn.
Fluent in German and English
