Your tasks

• They are the first point of contact for the specialist departments and key users and support day-to-day operations with all SAP-related questions.
• SAP process consulting & solution design: Analysis of business requirements, consulting for specialist departments and development of holistic SAP solutions along the end-to-end processes.
• Module support & customizing: Operational support and further development of the SAP landscape including customizing, specification of development requirements, and release and change processes.
• Support & Error Analysis: Handling complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support, root cause analysis and coordination of external service providers
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Planning and execution of system, integration and regression tests, as well as support for UATs, audits and compliance requirements.
• Interfaces & Integration: Support and optimization of SAP interfaces as well as analysis and implementation of new integration scenarios.
• Key Users & Specialist Departments: Consulting and support for key users, conducting workshops and training sessions, and supporting process changes.
• SAP Projects & Transformation: Participation in SAP projects, rollouts, migrations and S/4HANA initiatives, as well as taking on own work packages.

Your profile

• Ideally, you will have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in at least two of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, QM, SD, EWM in a manufacturing company.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and sound knowledge of SAP customizing
• Experience with SAP interfaces, integration scenarios, testing, and incident and change management.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, particularly in purchasing, sales, production, logistics and finance.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a high level of service orientation.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills
