Key job responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, organized self-starter to joinas a Business Coach for the Middle Mile team to manage Linehaul ServiceProvider (LSP) relationships and ensure they are set up to succeed.

Thisperson will manage LSP readiness through onboarding and training curricula andaudit processes that support standard work.

We are seeking bar-raisingcandidates who are able to : - Provide best in class support for LSPs with scalable tracking process - Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges - Identify, develop and improve strategies for the LSP onboarding andtraining process - Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across individual LSPs andthe entire supply type - Provide reports to leaders of health and training proficiencyweeklymonthly - Partner with other teams to advise on and manage operational challenges The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly organized, works effectivelywith internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at amoments notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improvingprocesses in a dynamic organization.

The successful candidate will also haveexceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention todetail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Moreover, readiness to conduct some business travels and the ability to workin dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.

And we use the expertiseof our people to get packages to their destination quickly, conveniently andsustainably. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A degree - Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German - Relevant experience in program or project management - Experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiativesusing data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics todetermine improvements - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders atvaried levels of the organization ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in supply chain andor transportation - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results tosenior leadership experience - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - PowerBI and SQL knowledge as a plus Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
