We are hiring experienced Plant and Machine Operators for an opportunity in Germany within the meat processing industry. Candidates with technical or production-related vocational qualifications and hands-on experience operating industrial production or packaging machinery are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines and production lines in the meat processing industry.
  

• Monitor and control ongoing production processes to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Record and maintain relevant production data.
  

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine malfunctions.
  

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene requirements.
  

• Perform quality checks and document inspection and measurement data.
  

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of production equipment.
  

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or production-related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience operating production and/or packaging equipment.
  
• Good technical understanding.
  
• Independent and responsible working approach.
  
• Strong quality awareness and careful compliance with operational procedures.
