About Our Client

We are looking looking for an organized and reliable Warranty Administrator (m/f/d) to support our automotive operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, helping customers, and working with different teams in an international environment.

What You'll Do

• Support dealers, repair facilities, and customers with aftersales inquiries
• Coordinate repairs, reimbursements, and replacement vehicles
• Order spare parts and replacement keys
• Maintain customs warehouse related records and documentation
• Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up of open cases
• Develop, maintain, and update structured, role-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate vehicle recovery and transportation with established B2B service partners.
• Manage and coordinate vehicle recall administration.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities associated with the role, as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, administration, automotive aftersales, or warranty processing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with IT systems and CRM platforms
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English and German; additional languages are an advantage
• A reliable, service-oriented, and team-focused approach
