Junior License Coordinator (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

Support the coordination and administration of international licensing partnerships

Maintain and update partner records, agreements, and communication in internal systems

Assist with day-to-day partner communication via email, phone, and occasional meetings

Prepare documents, reports, and materials related to licensing activities

Ensure all licensing data and documentation are accurate, complete, and well-structured

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration

Support the team during industry events, trade shows, and partner visits (Germany & abroad)

Expected Qualifications

Initial experience in administration, coordination, or account support, or strong motivation to grow in this area

Interest in agriculture or experience in an agriculture-related environment is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with international partners

Fluent English and native-level German

What would be a plus?

Interest in video games

Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Class B driver’s license

Portuguese or Spanish communication skills
