Process Analyst

Process Analyst. Full-time, from home in Germany. Our New York office is six hours behind, so shared calls come in your afternoon.

You'll fit if you

• have a degree in business, industrial engineering or a related field
• have analyzed or documented processes (internship or working student job included)
• draw clear process maps in Visio, Signavio or a similar tool

The role
When a family business asks us whether to merge two sites or outsource a function, the answer depends on how the work really flows. The Process Analyst follows it step by step and shows where the time and money go.

Your week

• Process walkthroughs with client teams
• Process maps with times, volumes and handovers
• Bottleneck and cost analyses
• Proposals for a simpler flow, with their effect
• Input for the written assessment

Also welcome: Lean or Six Sigma basics, SAP, manufacturing or logistics.
