ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead / Engineering Lead with extensive software engineering expertise and proven leadership experience.

The ideal candidate must combine strong full-stack development and system architecture knowledge with the ability to lead engineering teams, oversee complex technical projects, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack development teams.

Oversee software architecture, technical planning, and project delivery.

Manage API integrations, databases, ERP systems, and enterprise platforms.

Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security, and testing.

Establish engineering standards, code quality, and development workflows.

Mentor developers, manage technical priorities, and resolve complex engineering challenges.

Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and to high-quality standards.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Full-stack development and system architecture.

REST APIs, API integrations, and database management.

ERP systems, B2B platforms, and enterprise integrations.

Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, security, and quality assurance.

Strong understanding of modern software development practices.

EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Demonstrated experience leading or managing development teams.

Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.

Strong technical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, ownership, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
