Training Manager (m/f/d)

Overview

As UAV Instructor / Demo Manager you guide demonstrations and training for international customers, ensuring safe, proficient use of Quantum Systems products. You will lead hands-on flight sessions, craft multilingual instructional materials, and coordinate with the Governmental Sales team. Your role shapes first impressions and supports security-focused customers through technical demonstrations and training. This position combines teaching, content creation, and global travel to showcase capabilities and applications of our sUAS.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Perform pre-flight checks and flight planning for fixed-wing UAVs
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions, addressing security-focused audiences
• Create and maintain instructional materials in German and English
• Oversee hands-on flight training, including post-flight procedures and data processing
• Assess trainee performance and provide structured feedback
• Collaborate with Governmental Sales to tailor use cases and demonstrations
• Travel worldwide to client sites to deliver training and demos

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Military, police, or intelligence background with possible international experience
• Ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate training for security-relevant forces in German or English
• Experience with fixed-wing UAS, preferably with eVTOL systems
• Strong presentation skills and confidence with demanding audiences
• Willingness to travel globally, including to challenging environments
• Experience training military or law enforcement in international, intercultural contexts
• Proficiency in German and English; third language beneficial
