Business Analyst (f/m/d)

Overview

In this role you drive business-driven digital solutions within the Digital Investment Management cluster. You collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to shape requirements, translate them into deliverables, and ensure alignment with architecture and governance. As an Agile Master, you coach teams, remove impediments, and optimize delivery through data-informed improvements. The position supports a global, cross-functional squad and offers exposure to state-of-the-art digital distribution in asset management. You will work in Frankfurt or Munich and help expand services with a focus on simplicity at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to understand needs and shape digital solutions
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with cross-team alignment
• Create functional and non-functional specs and conceptual designs aligned with standards
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and integrators to ensure architecture alignment
• Support solution delivery, including testing, production rollout, and handover
• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal clients to ensure delivery
• Coach team in Agile principles, promoting ownership and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments and cross-team dependencies
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment on priorities
• Monitor Agile metrics and drive data-informed delivery improvements

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years delivering technology solutions
• Strong experience in Agile delivery
• Proven business analysis experience in complex IT initiatives
• English fluency; additional languages advantageous
• Strong understanding of distribution models and digital ecosystems in asset & investment management
• Knowledge of wealth management products and digital investment platforms
• Experience with digital distribution journeys, onboarding and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear business language
• Experience with cross-functional and global stakeholder collaboration
• Experience with Microsoft CoPilot desired
