Overview
As AI Adoption Lead you will bridge AI capabilities with business value across Airbus Defence and Space. You’ll shape and drive enterprise adoption, ensuring AI services are actively used within core workflows. You’ll partner with business units to scale AI initiatives and measure tangible impact. This role offers high visibility and a chance to influence digital transformation through governance, upskilling, and value realization.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Formulate and own the AI adoption roadmap across the enterprise
- Define KPIs and executive dashboards to monitor AI adoption and engagement
- Partner with domain experts to scale local AI initiatives into cross-functional successes
- Support governance standards to ensure quality of user-AI interactions and minimize risk
- Measure and report on value, efficiency gains, and cost savings from AI adoption
- Develop upskilling programs and communities of practice for AI literacy and advocacy
- Lead transversal events (e.g., hackathons) to accelerate new ways of working
