Overview
As Lead of Export Logistics, you will steer the Export Logistics team to ensure timely, quality global deliveries of seed, machinery and spare parts. You’ll own customs and foreign trade processes and collaborate with internal functions to optimize the global supply chain. The role blends leadership with hands-on process improvement in SAP/AEB environments. Based in Einbeck, you help shape a compliant, efficient, international logistics footprint in a family‑owned company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of a 9-person logistics team
- Overall ownership of customs and foreign trade processes, including compliance
- Serve as central liaison to authorities and internal departments (Breeding, Production, Sales)
- Drive continuous optimization of the global supply chain and related IT systems (SAP, AEB)
- Lead and participate in cross-functional international logistics projects and workshops
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Relevant experience in logistics with emphasis on customs process management and prior leadership
- Extensive knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations
- Knowledge of foreign trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance considerations
- SAP (SD/MM); experience as a Key User and with EDI interfaces preferred
- Analytical and strategic mindset, strong intercultural communication, collaborative approach
- Business-fluent German and English
