Sales Manager – France

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Design and implement a France sales plan aligned with European objectives
• Identify and secure new business with distributors, fleet operators, and OEMs
• Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to tailor offerings for France
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations; report insights to leadership
• Provide forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings in France
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely delivery and value-added services

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor in Business (Master’s preferred) and relevant discipline
• Native-level French; strong English; German a plus
• Deep knowledge of tyre/automotive sector and French market dynamics
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales in tyres/automotive components or related field
• Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets in France
• Experience managing dealer/distributor networks and strategic partnerships
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and technical support for tyre solutions (advantageous)
