Overview
As an Associate in McKinsey’s Operations Practice, you help clients solve complex operational problems and shape product development initiatives. You’ll analyze issues, formulate hypotheses, run analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You’ll also design lean R&D-based product development processes and partner with clients to implement changes.
