Stellenbeschreibung
Overview
As a Supply and Inventory Planner, you translate demand plans into feasible supply strategies for test systems and options, balancing capacity, lead times, and inventory. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply feasibility, inventory health, and timely mitigations, enabling reliable customer service and efficient execution. You provide visibility into gaps, E&O exposure, and buffer effectiveness to support S&OP, shortage management, and risk-aware decision making. This role offers ownership over inventory positioning and risk mitigation in a multi-tier external manufacturing network.

- Define and maintain inventory targets, safety stock, and buffer concepts aligned with service and cost objectives
- Provide supply and inventory inputs for Supply Review and S&OP, including gaps, coverage, shortage risk, E&O exposure, and mitigations
- Serve as planning interface between Demand & Supply Planning Lead and cross-functional teams including S&OE, Logistics, and external manufacturers
- Run scenarios to assess impacts of demand changes, constraints, lead-time changes, and ramp-up on service, inventory, cost, and risk
- Monitor inventory health across locations and coordinate mitigation to prevent obsolescence and excess
- Coordinate execution handover with Supply Operations and S&OE, including constraints, shortages, expediting needs, and allocations
