You will shape analytical work across the project lifecycle, from problem structuring to delivering actionable insights. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Structure client problems and identify analytical decisions to support
- Assess data availability and select appropriate analytical approaches
- Conduct analyses and build/validate models or tools
- Translate results into clear, actionable recommendations
- Take increasing ownership of analytical modules and interact with clients and senior colleagues
- Collaborate actively within project teams to turn findings into impact
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative discipline, with strong academic record
- Data-driven mindset and ability to explain complex data concepts to clients
- Proficiency in Python or R, with eagerness to learn more technologies and methods
- Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients
- Business fluency in German and English
- Interest in or experience with financial services and risk management is a plus
