Overview
As a Business Analyst at HDI Global, you will support our international digitalization effort by translating business needs into practical software and system solutions across the sales, underwriting, policy management, claims, and self-service domains. You work closely with the Product Owner to shape vision and roadmaps, and you conduct market analyses to surface trends and best practices. You ensure requirements deliver value, usability, and quality throughout the lifecycle and define clear acceptance criteria. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving in a globally connected insurance environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Analyze business requirements across the value chain of a global insurer to support digitalization
- Design and maintain modern software/system landscape for sales, underwriting, contracts, claims, platform, and self-services
- Assist Product Owner in developing product vision and roadmap
- Perform market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices
- Ensure requirements deliver value, usability, functionality, and quality
- Define acceptance criteria for deliverables
- Maintain outcome-oriented work with a focus on measurable business value
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed studies in economics, business informatics, business administration, insurance management, or a comparable field
- Extensive professional experience as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Systems Analyst or Consultant, ideally in the insurance industry
- Experience in the insurance value chain (sales, underwriting, policy management, claims, partner/platform systems, self services) or related field
- Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and problem decomposition and solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and manage dependencies in a highly connected environment
- Strong written and spoken English (C1)
