Overview
As a (Senior) Consulting Manager in the Digital Consulting Practice, you guide strategic client initiatives at the intersection of Business, Data and IT. You act as a trusted advisor, translating challenges into actionable solutions and leading high-impact engagements. You work with cross-functional teams to build data-driven capabilities and new digital business models. The role offers exposure to diverse industries, a global network, and opportunities to shape client transformation on a meaningful scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead or support engagements on product and digital strategy, data & AI transformations, and IT strategy
- Advise clients across industries such as Energy, MedTech & Health, FSI, Banking
- Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches spanning business, technology, and engineering
- Help organizations build and scale Data & AI capabilities including governance and data platforms
- Support development of new digital value propositions enabled by technology and data
- Collaborate with strategy, data, engineering, UX, and delivery teams
- Own client communication, analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of consulting experience
- Proven expertise in Data & AI or IT transformations, digital product development or digital business model innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights
- High client-orientation with experience in stakeholder management and delivering impact
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across business, engineering, and technology perspectives
- Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
