Overview

Join BCG Transform as a generalist consultant shaping major turnarounds and restructuring programs for diverse clients. You’ll work with decision-makers, contributing to rapid performance improvements and long-term value creation. The role blends financial and operational analysis with hands-on client collaboration in a global, multi-disciplinary team. You’ll help expand BCG’s restructuring expertise and support business development, making a tangible impact on clients’ balance sheets and growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Contribute to growth of BCG Transform through active case work, client relations, and development of valuable IP and products
• Lead or support turnaround projects across industries with emphasis on operational restructuring and immediate performance boosts
• Analyze financials to assess situations and craft rapid action plans
• Identify and advocate for key improvements with company leaders to unlock value
• Collaborate with BCG and client teams, sharing knowledge both internally and on client sites
• Engage in business development activities through client interactions and industry events

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in turnaround and restructuring topics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Consulting experience across various industries with track record of delivering sustainable value
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders
