Overview
As Master Data & Data Governance Lead, you drive enterprise-wide data governance and quality for customer data, enabling ERP, CRM, and reporting across Europe. You will build ownership, stewardship, and operating principles, collaborating with business leaders, IT, and country teams to embed data as a strategic capability. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, guiding an expanding MDM function from day one. You will shape governance processes across Dynamics 365 and Salesforce integrations, delivering tangible business value.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own the customer data domain with definitions, ownership, quality rules, KPIs and remediation
- Set up the governance model with defined data owners, stewards, and decision rules
- Align stakeholders to integrate data quality into processes around Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
- Assist in selecting the MDM platform
- Lead the MDM team (MDM Manager and MDM Engineer) hiring in parallel
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in MDM, data governance or data quality in an international company
- Proven track record building and running a governance setup
- Solid understanding of customer data in CRM/ERP (Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce)
- Hands-on experience with an MDM or data quality platform
- Working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to customer data
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior colleagues
